特點和用途：

1.TUN3系列對焊機是為銅管與鋁管連接專用的一種焊接設備，它可替代原先使用的專用高壓閃光對焊機和高頻釬焊。

2.系統采用了可編程序邏輯控制器（PLC）為動作邏輯控制單元，專用微電腦焊接控制器為焊接工藝控制單元，使用高品質鋁合金氣缸，高精度含油軸承和精密機床用高精度光桿配合保證機械動作的精確性，具有可靠的焊接質量，控制與調整直觀簡便，生產效率高，基本無漏焊漏氣現象，成品率高等優點，同時克服了原來焊接工藝需要對焊接管內二次加工和工作電壓高易出事故的缺點。

3.裝有初級恒壓和次級恒流的控制系統、強制水冷系統、氣源儲氣罐，確保大量生產，焊接質量和焊接效果完全一致。

4.可儲存多組不同焊接規范，根據不同的管徑和壁厚調用不同的規范，操作簡單，效率高，廣泛應用于空調、冰箱、冷柜、冷庫、壓縮機等產品。
